The GA-88P is a high gain GPS antenna designed for ships or tall buildings that require long additional cables with no signal limitation to the GPS receiver. It integrates a high performance GPS patch antenna and low noise amplifier into a fully waterproof housing. When connected to a GPS receiver with 2.5~5.5V DC antenna power, it provides excellent antenna signal gain and out-of-band filtering.

Installation Notice:
The external antenna must be mounted on the outside of the car roof, as centrally as possible. It is important that the signal emitted by the internal antenna is not "seen" by the external antenna - otherwise there will be positive feedback and the system will not work. The cable can be inserted through the front door opening and routed over the A-pillar into the interior. The internal antenna is then inserted into the cigarette lighter socket and the system is ready to use.
