The SM-76G is an external GPS/Glonass L1 antenna with high gain and low power consumption, suitable for many GNSS receivers. The SM-76 consists of a high-performance patch antenna connected to a preamplifier and housed in a flat, waterproof casing. Power for the preamplifier comes from the receiver via the RF line and should be between 2.5V and 5.5V.
Due to its small dimensions and robustness, the SM-76G is suitable for a variety of applications.
- Very compact & sensitive
- Robust construction
- Small, flat housing
- IP67 weatherproof
- Low power consumption
- Screw & magnetic mounting
- Excellent temperature stability
- Low noise level
Installation Notice:
The external antenna must be mounted on the car roof as centrally as possible. It is important that the signal emitted by the internal antenna is not "seen" by the external antenna – otherwise, there will be positive feedback, and the system will not work. The cable can be routed through the front door opening and laid into the interior via the A-pillar. The internal antenna is then inserted into the cigarette lighter socket, and the system is operational.
