SRAM
PCMCIA Cards (also known as PC Cards) are robust memory cards with 68 pins that comply with the PCMCIA / JEIDA standard. The PCMCIA SRAM variant contains linearly addressed SRAM up to 8MB. T&O Display Solutions supplies PCMCIA SRAM cards with capacities ranging from 256KB to 8MB.
SRAM cards require internal batteries to maintain data. We now only supply cards with REPLACEABLE button cells. A small write-protect switch on the side prevents unwanted data loss.
