T&O Electronic Solutions supplies PCMCIA linear flash cards from the manufacturer Pretec.
Linear flash cards contain flash devices without a controller. The flash modules are addressed directly.

It is important to know exactly which chip is in the card, and whether the card is with or without attribute memory.
The cards can be supplied for either 0°C ~ 70°C or with extended temperature range -40°C ~ +85°C.
To read or write these linear flash cards from your PC, it is best to use an Omnidrive USB LF Drive.
Since 2017, no PCMCIA cards have been produced that can automatically switch between 8 and 16 bits
